My air conditioner stopped working. They quickly sent out a tech to help get it working. Turns out I needed a new ac unit because mine was over 12 years old. One of the owners Mike was attentive to my family’s needs.
The two techs that arrived to install the new unit were great guys. They arrived on time which is uncommon in Miami and worked quickly. They were funny and respectful and installed the new unit quickly. I highly recommend RCI Air and their staff.
Highly recommended for your AC needs. Elier was the technician that fixed my AC was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. The operator that handled my call did a great job as well. They acknowledged all of my concerns and questions with an incredible timely response and my unit now runs smoothly.
Could not have picked a better a/c company they managed to not only educate me on what type of a/c system I needed at my house but also had a flawless installation of my new unit and I live in a condo so problems come with the territory but RCI was ready to resolve any issue left behind by the old unit. Truly there are no words that can explain how satisfied I am with RCI company especially the treatment from Elier the tech who honestly made us feel like family and Mike the owner of RCI who made sure everything was coordinated perfectly without flaws.

I have had some bad encounters with A/C people until i called RCI Air. My coil was bad and needed to be replaced price was reasonable. Spoke with Mr Mike and he sent a guy out by the name of Laz. Mr Laz came through like a champ stayed focus and had my unit up and running and boy was i happy, not only for myself but for my wife as well.. Thanks Laz.
Very professional and dependable. Purchased a split unit from them with installation and the whole process was very easy. Installer showed up in a very nice, very organized, brand new van and was very knowledgable about his craft. I live in the Keys, and will be using these guys for all my future AC needs.
